The "Measures" propose to cultivate industrial clusters and support Chenzhou in developing a green lithium-containing mineral resources industry chain based on innovative lithium battery key materials and comprehensive utilization of tailings and tailings, including lithium-containing mineral resource mining and selection, energy storage batteries, power batteries, and consumer batteries. Build a new energy industry chain for lithium batteries, cultivate a billion-level industry, and make Chenzhou a key carrier for lithium battery new energy, collaborating with Changsha, Zhuzhou, and Xiangtan to jointly create a new energy material industry cluster and strive to create a national advanced manufacturing industry cluster.
