Produced in US facilities, the modules will primarily support developments in California (51 MW), New York, and Illinois. The deal highlights robust demand for domestic solar hardware. First Solar continues to expand its US footprint, with a new South Carolina manufacturing plant expected to begin operations in late 2026.

[Solar PV: Arizona Sun Pond Solar+Storage Begins Operations]

Output is secured under long-term PPAs with Ava Community Energy and SJCE, providing reliable power for 35,000 homes while enhancing grid stability in Maricopa County.
