6 công ty liên kết của Samsung sẽ đầu tư 1 tỷ USD vào công ty cơ sở hạ tầng AI Helix do KKR thành lập

Samsung Electronics, Samsung C&T, Samsung SDS, Samsung SDI, Samsung Life Insurance và Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance ngày 29/9 thông báo sẽ đầu tư tổng cộng 1 tỷ USD vào Helix Digital Infrastructure. Samsung Electronics góp 500 triệu USD, năm công ty liên kết còn lại cùng góp 500 triệu USD.

Helix do KKR thành lập và ra mắt vào tháng 6/2026, cung cấp hạ tầng AI tích hợp, bao gồm phát triển và vận hành trung tâm dữ liệu siêu quy mô, phát điện, truyền tải và phân phối điện, cùng mạng cáp quang. Samsung SDI có kế hoạch tìm kiếm hợp tác dựa trên năng lực UPS và bộ lưu điện dự phòng cho trung tâm dữ liệu.

Tuyên bố về Nguồn Dữ liệu: Ngoại trừ thông tin công khai, tất cả dữ liệu khác được SMM xử lý dựa trên thông tin công khai, giao tiếp thị trường và dựa trên mô hình cơ sở dữ liệu nội bộ của SMM. Chúng chỉ mang tính chất tham khảo và không cấu thành khuyến nghị ra quyết định.

【Southwest China's Sichuan (Ya'an): 200,000 tpa LFP Black Mass Circular Utilization Project】According to a first-round EIA public disclosure by the local economic and technological development zone, an LFP (manganese) lithium circular utilization integrated intelligent manufacturing project has been released for public review. With a total investment of RMB 4,374.58 million, the project is located in the Yongxing Chemical Industrial Park, Ya'an Economic and Technological Development Zone, Sichuan, covering approximately 300 mu with a building area of around 330,000 m². It will build a waste LFP (manganese) lithium battery black mass recovery workshop, an LFP (manganese) lithium cathode material production workshop, and supporting facilities including an ammonia station, a 110 KV substation, and environmental protection units. Upon completion, the project will achieve an annual capacity of 200,000 tons of waste LFP (manganese) lithium battery black mass processing and 200,000 tpa of LFP (manganese) lithium cathode material output.

【Central China's Hunan (Lixian): 100,000 tpa Retired Battery Recycling Project】According to a disclosure by the county government, a new-energy circular economy and energy storage equipment industrial park project (Phase I) has been announced. With a total investment of RMB 1.5 billion, jointly invested by a state-owned new-energy group and a private environmental energy technology company, the project will proceed in two phases. Phase I, with RMB 500 million investment, will build lines to process 100,000 tpa of retired lithium batteries and PV modules, with an LFP recovery rate of 95%. Phase II, with RMB 1 billion investment, plans a 1 GWh annual energy storage equipment production line, forming a closed material loop with Phase I's output.
