Tổng công ty Thép Ấn Độ (SAIL) ngày 4/9 cho biết sản lượng gang lỏng tháng 8/2026 tăng 9% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái, đạt 1,78 triệu tấn so với 1,63 triệu tấn. Sản lượng thép thô tăng 8% lên 1,68 triệu tấn, trong khi sản lượng thép bán được đạt 1,69 triệu tấn. Công ty cho biết cả ba chỉ tiêu đều ghi nhận mức sản xuất tháng 8 cao nhất từ trước đến nay.

Tổng doanh số bán thép trong tháng tăng 13% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái, đạt 1,871 triệu tấn, cùng với lượng tồn kho thép giảm đáng kể. Doanh số lũy kế từ tháng 4 đến tháng 8/2026 đạt 7,71 triệu tấn, tăng 5,6%. Công ty cho rằng tăng trưởng doanh số nhờ cơ cấu sản phẩm cải thiện, mở rộng thị trường và nhu cầu nội địa vững chắc.
