The annual output value of the regional cable industry has surpassed 100 billion yuan, underpinned by a solid industrial foundation and broad market potential. However, compared with the advanced industrial agglomerations in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, the North China cable sector still faces challenges such as fragmented industrial resources, weak industry-academia-research collaboration, and insufficient supply chain resilience. Breaking down collaboration barriers is critical to achieving high-quality development in the industry.
