[SMM Hot-Rolled Coil Daily Trading] On April 28, the combined daily trading volume of hot-rolled coil from SMM's sample enterprises across four cities (Shanghai, Lecong, Tianjin, and Ningbo) totaled 15,450 mt, down 460 mt or 2.9% DoD, up 42.27% YoY (solar calendar) and up 56.22% YoY (lunar calendar).

MMi Daily Iron Ore Report (April 28)

Today, the DCE iron ore futures were in the doldrums today, declining in the morning session before rebounding in the afternoon. The most-traded I2609 contract ultimately closed at 780.5 yuan/mt, down 0.89% from the previous trading session. Spot prices fell 2-5 from the previous day.
