China's Petroleum Coke Prices Diverge: Low-Sulphur Steady, Mid and High-Sulphur Under Pressure

[SMM Update] SHFE data showed that on April 24, the total registered cast aluminum alloy warrants stood at 30,312 mt, a decrease of 122 mt from the previous trading day. Specifically, the total registered volume in Shanghai was 1,822 mt (unchanged), Guangdong 11,029 mt (down 61 mt), Jiangsu 3,721 mt (down 61 mt), Zhejiang 8,691 mt (unchanged), Chongqing 3,543 mt (unchanged), and Sichuan 1,506 mt (unchanged), all compared with the previous trading day.

Wenshan Haixiang Commerce and Trade Co., Ltd. planned to build a bauxite mixing project in Wenshan City. The project is currently at the public announcement stage of the environmental impact assessment document review. With a total investment of 5 million yuan, the project will construct 3 bauxite raw material primary processing production lines with an annual processing capacity of 1.2 million mt of bauxite raw material, mainly involving processes such as crushing, screening, and stockpiling. Supporting facilities include a processing area, raw material stockyard, product stockyard, as well as auxiliary facilities such as offices and warehouses.

Yunnan Aluminum stated on an interactive platform on April 22 that the company had construction completed of a 50,000 mt secondary aluminum production line; the company's aluminum alloy capacity was 1.61 million mt; and the company's aluminum products were widely used in fields such as automotive lightweighting, rail transit, construction, electric power, energy storage, machinery manufacturing, aerospace, electronics and electrical appliances, packaging, and durable goods.
