[Bosch Plans to Fully Acquire Bosch Chassis Systems India] Bosch announced on April 8 that it plans to acquire 100% of the equity in Bosch Chassis Systems India to strengthen its business portfolio in the Indian market by integrating vehicle motion control operations. According to the statement released by the company, the acquisition will be completed through a combination of cash payment and a preferential allotment of shares. Upon completion of the transaction, Bosch Chassis Systems India will continue to operate independently as a wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch Limited, with governance led by Bosch.
