On January 9th, five departments issued the "Guidelines for the Construction and Application of Industrial Green Microgrids (2026-2030)". It is mentioned that industrial green microgrids mainly include facilities or systems such as renewable energy power generation, industrial waste energy utilization, clean and low-carbon hydrogen production and utilization, new energy storage applications, power conversion and flexible interconnection, and digital energy and carbon management. Industrial green microgrids should be planned and constructed in accordance with the relevant requirements for the coordinated development of main and distribution microgrids. The construction models, based on the construction entity, operation mode and other circumstances, mainly include self-raised and self-built type and third-party co-construction type. During the construction and operation of the project, the project approval or filing authority is responsible for the safety supervision of the project's construction and operation. The project's grid-related operation must meet the safety management requirements for the power industry's grid-related operations and be subject to the supervision of the power regulatory authority. The application scenarios include high-energy-consuming application scenarios in enterprises or industrial parks such as steel, petrochemicals, building materials, and non-ferrous metals, flexible application scenarios in enterprises or industrial parks such as machinery, l
