It is understood that on October 28, 2021, EVE (300014) and China Rui Neng (300035) held a signing ceremony for the "Integrated Project for 100,000 mt of Anode Materials per Year" in Qujing Economic and Technological Development Zone, marking the official launch of the project. The project plans for a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan, with an annual anode material production capacity of 100,000 mt. The production capacity of Phase I and Phase II is each 50,000 mt/year.

In addition, to seize market opportunities during the construction of overseas lithium battery industry chains, in June this year, China Rui Neng held a signing ceremony for the 200,000 mt Integrated Lithium-ion Battery Anode Material Base Project in Oman at the Oman Investment Authority. This signing marks the start of China Rui Neng's investment in building the world's largest overseas anode material production base.

It is reported that China Rui Neng, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongke Shinzoom Hong Kong, established a project company in Oman to invest in and construct the 200,000 mt Integrated Lithium-ion Battery Anode Material Base Project per Year. The project plans for a total investment of no more than 8 billion yuan (subject to the actual investment amount), divided into two parts, each with a planned production capacity of 100,000 mt/year. The construction period for each part is expected to be 36 months.
