[TrendForce: China's AI Server Market to Increase Share of Locally Sourced Chips to 40% by 2025]

According to the latest research by TrendForce, the demand for AI servers is driving the four major CSPs in North America to accelerate their in-house development of ASIC chips, with upgraded versions being launched every 1-2 years on average. In China's AI server market, the proportion of externally purchased chips from NVIDIA, AMD, and others is expected to decrease from approximately 63% in 2024 to around 42% in 2025. Meanwhile, supported by national policies for domestic AI chips, China's local chip suppliers are anticipated to increase their market share to 40% by 2025, nearly matching the proportion of externally purchased chips.

【SMM Flash】ADNOC Hikes June Sulphur OSP to $860/t FOB Ruwais, an All-Time High
SMM understands that Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has raised its June 2026 official selling price (OSP) for sulphur to $860/t FOB Ruwais for the Indian subcontinent market, up by $100/t from May. This marks the highest OSP on record, surpassing the previous peak seen in Q2 2008. The extreme supply tightness in the Middle East, driven by ongoing geopolitical disruptions, continues to underpin the bullish market sentiment. Other Middle East suppliers‘ June contract prices: QatarEnergy at $805/t FOB; Kuwait KPC at $805/t FOB.
