Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On September 20, Chinese autonomous driving solution provider Hyperview (as known as Hongjing Drive) announced the completion of its C1 round of financing, raising hundreds of millions of yuan, according to a post on the company's WeChat account.

This fresh round was led by Qizhou Zhisheng Industrial Investment, Prosperity7, Zhongtai Renhe Fund, and Walden International. Notably, Prosperity7 has invested in Hyperview for the fourth consecutive time.

Since its founding in 2018, Hyperview has raised funds across eight disclosed rounds, according to Chinese company information search platform Tianyancha. The most recent prior funding occurred in September 2023, with other prominent investors including Glodstone, Bojiang Capital, Shangqi Capital, Country Garden Venture Capital, and Hillhouse Capital.

With this latest infusion of capital, Hyperview plans to intensify its R&D in cutting-edge areas such as BEV perception algorithms and integrated cabin-pilot-parking systems. The company aims to enhance the competitiveness of its products and accelerate the mass production of its next-generation Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).

In the field of cabin-parking integration, Hyperview recently completed real-world validation of its "cabin-parking integration" solution, developed in collaboration with chip manufacturer Siengine. This solution employs the custom-developed "SE1000" intelligent cockpit chip as the main computing unit, unifying the cockpit and parking domain controllers. Equipped with Hyperview's next-gen parking algorithm, the system supports a wide range of everyday parking scenarios and full-featured intelligent cockpit interaction. The solution is estimated to save between 700 and 1,200 yuan compared to traditional systems.

Hyperview is also actively working on a "second growth curve" and has launched its next-generation new energy intelligent heavy truck, named "HyperTruck." The company has already partnered with heavy-duty truck manufacturers to produce and deliver new energy-powered smart heavy-duty trucks for the global market.

Building on the latest financing round, Hyperview plans to accelerate its strategic positioning in key global markets for intelligent new energy heavy-duty trucks, including partnerships in the Middle East and Europe with Saudi Aramco. This collaboration aims to foster the widespread adoption and industrialization of intelligent driving technologies globally.

Dr. Liu Feilong, Founder and CEO of Hyperview, highlighted the company's upcoming projects with Saudi Aramco in the Middle East, while also announcing new initiatives within China.

As one of the leading players in China's intelligent driving sector, Hyperview boasts full-stack capabilities in perception software, high-level driving, and memory parking software, along with the development of automotive-grade autonomous driving computing platforms. The company's product line covers all levels of autonomous driving from L1 to L4, with mass production and deployment in 30 vehicle models across automakers such as SAIC Motor, Great Wall Motor, Chery, JAC Group, BYD, and HOZON Auto.
