【Total Sales of Top 100 Real Estate Enterprises Reach RMB 2.3909 Trillion in the First Seven Months】: On July 31st, the China Index Academy released the latest "China Real Estate Enterprise Sales Performance Rankings from January to July 2024." From January to July 2024, the total sales of the top 100 real estate enterprises amounted to RMB 2.39094 trillion, marking a year-on-year decrease of 40.1%, with the decline continuing to narrow by 1.5 percentage points compared to the previous month.

In July alone, the sales of the top 100 real estate enterprises decreased by 19.4% year-on-year and 35.2% month-on-month. Notably, typical enterprises such as Sino-Ocean Land, L&F Group, and PowerChina Real Estate saw robust sales growth in July. During the first seven months, six enterprises surpassed RMB 100 billion in total sales, with destocking remaining the primary objective for real estate enterprises.
