[Commencement of the Expansion and Transformation Project for the Thick Plate Products of Zhanjiang Steel's Plate Mill]

On June 30th, Zhanjiang Steel held a commencement ceremony for the expansion and transformation project for the thick plate products of its plate mill. Wang Chao, Deputy Commander of the Engineering Command of Zhanjiang Steel, attended the ceremony and issued the commencement order. Relevant leaders of the plate mill, representatives from MCCR, China MCC20, Baosteel Consulting, and other relevant construction units, Dashan Steel units, as well as representatives of ecosystem partners, all witnessed the commencement of the project. The expansion and transformation project for the thick plate products of Zhanjiang Steel's plate mill is another significant project on the journey towards high-end products for the plate mill. It is an active response to the important speech made by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection tour of China Baowu, and a powerful action to firmly implement the direction of "high-end, intelligent, green, and efficient.
