Sodium Battery Project: Gansu Jinding Xuyang's 2.5 Billion Yuan Sodium-ion Battery Project Starts Construction"

On June 17, 2024, Gansu Jinding Xuyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. officially launched a 5GWh energy storage sodium-ion battery base project in Liangzhou District, Wuwei City. This project is jointly implemented by Gansu Jinding Xuyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Nature Yunan Technology Group, aiming to strengthen the entire industry chain of new energy and carry out extension, supplementation, and strengthening of the chain. The project has an investment of 2.5 billion yuan. The first phase of the project will construct a 2GWh sodium-ion battery production line; the second phase will expand the scale to 3GWh, and supporting facilities such as production workshops and office buildings will be built. The estimated construction period of the project is from June 2024 to June 2026.
