Recently, Hangzhou has issued the "Measures on Promoting Large-scale Equipment Replacement and Consumer Goods Replacement in Hangzhou". The "Measures" propose 33 measures around four major actions: equipment replacement, consumer goods replacement, recycling and reuse, and standard upgrading.
