SMM Steel Mills Weekly Maintenance Statistics

SMM estimates that 1.0591 million mt of pig iron output will be lost from blast furnace maintenance during May 11-17, down 190,000 mt on a weekly basis. SMM estimates that 993,900 mt of pig iron output will be lost from blast furnace maintenance during May 18-24, down 65,200 mt on a weekly basis.

Rebar: 1.3673 million mt of output will be lost from maintenance during May 11-17, down 151,600 mt on a weekly basis; 1.1648 million mt of output will be lost from maintenance during May 18-24, down 202,500 mt on a weekly basis.

HRC: 152,800 mt of output will be lost from maintenance during May 11-17, down 19,500 mt on a weekly basis; 12,300 mt of output will be lost from maintenance during May 18-24, down 140,500 mt on a weekly basis.

CRC/galvanising: 23,300 mt of output will be lost from maintenance during May 11-17, up 22,000 mt on a weekly basis; no output will be lost from maintenance during May 18-24, down 23,300 mt on a weekly basis.
