It is reported that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Envirostream Australia, has signed an exclusive three-year recycling agreement with the renowned company LG Energy Solution, aimed at recycling recalled lithium-ion batteries in Australia. The initial term of the agreement is 3 years, with an expiration date of March 10, 2027, replacing the recycling agreement announced by both parties in September 2022.
