On March 5th, Premier Li Qiang delivered the Government Work Report during the National People's Congress. Li Qiang pointed out that over the past year, efforts have been made to stabilize and optimize the scale and structure of foreign trade, resulting in a nearly 30% increase in exports of "new three" items including electric vehicles, lithium batteries, and photovoltaic products. The Government Work Report also emphasized the necessity of developing the new energy storage industry, proposing to strengthen the construction of large-scale wind and photovoltaic bases and outbound transmission channels, promote the development and utilization of distributed energy, and advance the development of new energy storage technologies.
