Quarterly Report of Vale in 2023:

The total production of iron ore was 89.397 million tons, an increase of 3.7% quarter-on-quarter and 10.6% year-on-year. Among them, the production of pellet ore was 9.851 million tons, an increase of 7.4% quarter-on-quarter and 19.2% year-on-year.

The total sales volume of iron ore reached 90.328 million tons, an increase of 12.1% quarter-on-quarter and a decrease of 1.8% year-on-year. Among them, the sales volume of pellet ore was 10.285 million tons, an increase of 19.4% quarter-on-quarter and 17.0% year-on-year. The target production for 2024 remains unchanged at 310-320 million tons.
