Recently, Huasheng Lithium Battery disclosed an investor relations activity record form and stated the progress of the negative electrode project. The company said that it has completed the business registration procedures for the establishment of the main body of the project, Huasheng Lianying, and has obtained the land use rights for the project construction. It is currently in the process of completing the approval procedures required by the government departments for project construction. It is understood that Huasheng Lithium Battery and its holding subsidiary, Suzhou Huaying New Energy Materials Technology Co., Ltd., jointly established a subsidiary - Jiangsu Huasheng Lianying New Energy Materials Co., Ltd., with Huasheng Lianying as the main body of the project. The company is investing in the construction of a "20,000 ton/year low-energy high-performance lithium battery negative electrode material project" in Jiangyin High-tech Industrial Development Zone, with a total expected investment of approximately 1.26 billion yuan.
