Hebei Shengtai Material Co., Ltd. Set to Raise 1.046 Billion Yuan in IPO Listing

[Hebei Shengtai Material Co., Ltd. aims for IPO listing]

According to SMM, Hebei Shengtai Material Co., Ltd. has recently had its IPO application accepted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange main board. In this IPO, Shengtai Material plans to raise approximately 1.046 billion yuan, with the main investment projects including a new lithium battery electrolyte and additive technological upgrade and capacity expansion project, as well as supplementary working capital. Upon completion of the project construction, the product scale will be 300 tons/year of lithium hexafluorophosphate, 500 tons/year of lithium hexafluoroborate, and 100 tons/year of lithium bis(oxalato)borate, totaling 7800 tons/year of lithium battery electrolytes and additives.
