Construction of First Integrated Storage, Charging and Exchanging Station for Future Light Trucks Begins in Zhaoqing

On December 16, the demonstration project of integrated storage, charging and exchanging for future light in Zhaoqing Longxing, the high-tech zone in Guangdong, officially started construction. The total investment in the project is 60 million yuan, jointly invested by Guangzhou Hongyu Yan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Times Electric Service Technology Co., Ltd., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CATL (Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited).

It is reported that after completion, the project will be the first integrated station for light truck logistics vehicle storage, charging and exchanging in the country, providing charging and exchanging services for 100 new energy logistics vehicles at the same time. It is also an important measure for the high-tech zone in Zhaoqing to implement the comprehensive cooperation agreement signed between Zhaoqing and CATL. It is expected that the photovoltaic, energy storage, and charging piles of the project will be completed and put into operation by December 31 this year, and the overall project is planned to be completed and put into operation by the end of next year.
