Jierong Technology: Subsidiary to Invest in Construction of Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project and Lease of Sites

Jierong Technology announced that its controlling subsidiary, Jierong Energy, intends to invest in the construction of a 150MW (actual installed capacity to prevail in the end) distributed photovoltaic power generation project in the Industrial Park of Aneng Group in Longwei Town, Longwei District, Wuzhou City, Guangxi, China. The planned total investment for the project is approximately 622.5975 million yuan. In order to invest in the construction of the aforementioned distributed photovoltaic power generation project, Jierong Energy, a subsidiary of the company, intends to sign a "Roof Rental Contract for 150MW Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project in the Roof of Guangxi Aneng Meat Pigeon Industrial Park" with Guangxi Aneng Pigeon Industry Group Co., Ltd., planning to lease approximately 1,298,700 square meters of roof and site area of Aneng Group’s related industrial park. The total rent for the 25-year operational period of the project is approximately 97.4025 million yuan.
