Inner Mongolia's richest man, Du Jiangtao, controlled Jun Zheng Group announced that it plans to invest 2.573 billion yuan to build a 450MW photovoltaic power generation project. The construction period of the project is two years, from June 2023 to June 2025, with a total land area of about 22950 mu. The photovoltaic components are proposed to adopt P-type PERC double-sided single-crystal silicon components or N-type double-sided single-crystal silicon components. The bracket adopts fixed or adjustable fixed or flat single-axis bracket, and the inverter adopts string or centralized inverter scheme. A new 220KV substation is built to send to the Narutu 220KV gathering station.

[Solar PV: US Court Issues Preliminary Injunction Halting Regulatory Delays on Renewables]
U.S. District Judge Denise Casper has issued a preliminary injunction against the Department of the Interior (DOI) and other agencies, halting administrative actions that have delayed wind and solar projects. Ruling the Trump administration’s attempts to weaken the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) via the OBBBA act as "arbitrary and capricious," the court aims to protect approximately 57.2 GW of threatened clean energy capacity and $905 million in invested capital. This ruling prevents "irreparable harm" to the power grid, allowing developers to resume stalled projects while ensuring renewable energy maintains its competitiveness and legal standing against discriminatory permitting hurdles.

[Solar PV: EU Restricts Funding for PV Projects with High-Risk Inverters]
The European Commission has moved to restrict funding for solar projects utilizing inverters from "high-risk vendors" to bolster cybersecurity. Effective immediately, new guidelines require compliance with strict security standards. Pipeline projects have specific transition windows (notification by May 1, 2026), while non-EU-connected projects must phase out high-risk hardware by April 15, 2027. This decision follows growing EU concern regarding over-reliance on limited inverter suppliers and potential security vulnerabilities, echoing recent preventative measures taken by nations including Lithuania and the Netherlands.
