Zhejiang: Propose Three Project Lists around infrastructure and key industries to private enterprises

The Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government researched and issued Several Measures for Promoting the High-quality Development of the Private Economy in Zhejiang Province. In response to a series of difficulties encountered by private enterprises in investment, the government stepped up policy innovation in some key areas of general concern and proposed measures to support technological innovation, venture capital, government procurement priorities and other measures. Especially in terms of attracting private capital, centering on infrastructure and key industries, it is proposed to recommend Three Project Lists to private enterprises, namely, the list of major projects and projects to make up for shortcomings, the list of key industrial chain supply chain projects, and the list of fully user-paid project under franchises.
