The US Treasury Department issued $38 billion of 10-year treasury bonds, with a bid yield of 3.999%; the previous bid yield was 3.857%; the bid multiple was 2.56 times, the last time it was 2.53 times; primary dealers were allocated 9.5%, compared with 12.4% last time; direct bidders were allocated 18.3%, compared with 19.9% last time; indirect bidders were allocated 72.2%, versus 67.7% last time.
