Russia's Economy Ministry plans to update its macroeconomic forecasts in April. On March 16, Putin said he expects Russia's GDP to grow significantly in the second quarter, and on Feb 10, the Bank of Russia projected GDP growth in 2023 to be between -1-1 percent.
