SHANGHAI, Apr 3 (SMM) - SMM statistics showed that the global iron ore shipments totalled 31.02 million mt in the week ending March 31, a decrease of 3.2% week-on-week.
The four major mining companies shipped a combined 20.72 million mt of iron ore last week, a decrease of 999,000 mt from a week earlier.
Iron ore arrivals at Chinese ports fell 3.57% on a weekly basis to 25.10 million mt last week.
