Yahua Group said that it adjusted the structure of its lithium salt customers last year. At present, overseas customers account for more than 70%, which will greatly support product sales this year. Judging from the price of lithium salt under long-term contracts in the first quarter, the prices of lithium salt for overseas customers are higher than those for domestic ones.
"Because overseas customers don't know much about the Chinese market, they respond relatively slowly to the price of raw materials. The price difference between domestic and overseas markets sometimes even exceeds 100,000 yuan/mt,” one lithium salt plant said.
