Zhongjin Lingnan: Zinc Consumption to Recover in 2023, Cerro De Maimon  Mine May be Ready for Use By December Next Year

Recently, Shenzhen Zhongjin Lingnan Nonfemet Co., Ltd.  said in a previous survey on investor activities that the company is mainly engaged in the integrated production of mining, beneficiation, smelting and deep processing of non-ferrous metals such as lead, zinc, and copper. As of now, Zhongjin Lingnan has an annual production capacity of 300,000 mt of lead and zinc mining and dressing.

Referring to the situation in the zinc market, Zhongjin Lingnan said that in 2022, China's zinc concentrate production barely grew, and the global production increase was lower than expected, with zinc inventory falling to a record low at the year-end.

Zhongjin Lingnan said that its De Maimon  Mine project, with an annual mining and dressing capacity of 2 million mt, is expected to produce a combined 60,000 mt of zinc, copper, silver and gold contained in concentrate.
