SiMn Quotes in Chinese Markets Fluctuate Little on Feb 17

SHANGHAI, Feb 17 (SMM)－Prices of #6517 SiMn alloy were 7,250-7,300 yuan/mt in the north China market in cash, flat from the previous trading day, and those in the Guangxi market moved between 7,400-7,450 yuan/mt, flat from the previous trading day. #6517 SiMn alloy was quoted at 7,350-7,400 yuan/mt in Guizhou in cash, flat from the previous trading day. Recently, the transactions of construction steel have picked up, boosting some SiMn manufacturers' sentiments. But the cautious sentiment among SiMn companies greatly limited the spot quotation range.
