Secondly, supporting the consumption of new energy vehicles. Thirdly, further expanding the circulation of second-hand cars. Fourthly, smoothing the renewal of scrap cars. It is necessary to guide all localities to further optimise the use environment of new energy vehicles in terms of license plates, charging, and traffic. It is also necessary to carry out various forms of promotion activities to stabilise the increase in new car consumption, and encourage qualified places to carry out car trade-in to promote circular consumption of cars
