According to the non-public offering plan previously released by Ulan Lithium Core, the company will not issue more than 165 million shares this time, and the total amount of funds raised will not exceed 2.5 billion yuan (including capital). After deducting the issuance costs, it is planned to be used for the industrialization project of 2 billion AH high-efficiency new lithium-ion battery, the second phase of high-efficiency lithium-ion battery industrialization project, and supplementary liquidity.
