National Health Commission: 39 new confirmed cases yesterday, 35 local cases

From 0 to 24:00 on October 24, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps reported 39 new confirmed cases, according to the official website of the National Health Commission. There were 4 imported cases (1 in Tianjin, 1 in Shanghai, 1 in Shandong and 1 in Guangxi), 35 local cases (19 in Inner Mongolia, 18 in Alashan League, 1 in Xilingol League, 4 in Guizhou, 4 in Gansu, including 3 in Lanzhou, 1 in Jiayuguan, 2 in Beijing, 1 in Fengtai District and 1 in Haidian District, and 2 in Hebei, all in Xingtai City. There were 2 cases in Hunan, both in Changsha and 2 in Shaanxi, both in Xi'an), including 5 cases from asymptomatic infection to confirmed cases (2 in Hebei, 2 in Hunan and 1 in Guizhou). There were no new deaths. One new suspected case was imported from abroad (in Inner Mongolia).

On the same day, 30 new cases were cured and discharged from hospital, 687 were in close contact with medical observation, and 7 severe cases were increased compared with the previous day.

There are 383 confirmed cases (no severe cases) and 2 suspected cases imported from abroad. A total of 9507 cases were confirmed, 9124 cases were cured and discharged, and there were no deaths.

As of 24:00 on October 24th, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps, there were 573 confirmed cases (including 20 severe cases), a total of 91588 cured and discharged cases, and a cumulative death of 4636 cases. a total of 96797 confirmed cases and 3 suspected cases have been reported. A total of 1230300 close contacts were tracked and 30747 were still under medical observation.

Thirteen new asymptomatic infections were reported in 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang production and Construction Corps, including 10 cases imported from abroad and 3 cases locally (1 case from Beijing in Fengtai District, 1 case from Sichuan in Zigong City, 1 case from Yunnan in Dehong Dai Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture), 5 cases were converted to confirmed cases on the same day (no overseas input), and 8 cases were relieved from medical observation on the same day (7 cases imported from abroad). 380 cases of asymptomatic infection were still under medical observation (348 cases were imported from abroad).

A total of 28768 confirmed cases have been reported from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Among them, 12323 cases were discharged from the Hong Kong Special Administrative region (12019 cases were discharged and 213 died), 77 cases were discharged from the Macao Special Administrative region (66 cases were discharged) and 16368 cases were discharged from Taiwan (13742 cases were discharged and 846 cases died).
