Tibet Mining subsidiary Xigaze Zabuye Lithium Industry signs a major contract

On September 24th, Tibet Mining announced that Tibet Xigaze Zabuye Lithium Industry Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. ("Xigaze Lithium Industry"), a subsidiary of the company, signed a major contract: EPC+O (design, procurement, construction turnkey project general contract + operation) framework contract.

Project name: Tibet Zabuye Salt Lake Green Comprehensive Development and Utilization of 10,000 tons of Battery Lithium Carbonate Project (EPC+O contract); bid quotation: 2.873 billion yuan (excluding tax), of which: EPC project total contract fee is 1.918 billion yuan; operating cost is 956 million yuan; the scale of the project is an annual output of 9600 tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate, 2400 tons of industrial-grade lithium carbonate and 156000 tons of potassium chloride.
