[Hangke Science and Technology won bid Power Battery head Company 522 million lithium equipment order reported revenue of 1.075 billion] on the evening of September 3, Hangke Technology announced that the company won the bid for BYD 522 million lithium equipment order. With the global expansion of lithium power production, Zheshang Securities said that Hangke Technology, as an important global equipment supplier, is expected to fully benefit, and new orders are expected to exceed 5 billion yuan for the whole year.

On the evening of September 3, Hangke Technology (688006) announced that the company received the bid winning notice from BYD on September 3, totaling 522 million yuan for lithium battery production equipment. The final transaction amount and project performance terms of the winning bid are subject to the formal contract.

Hangke Technology said that winning the bid is conducive to the company's business expansion in the field of new energy batteries, improve the company's revenue scale and profitability, and is expected to have a positive impact on the company's operating performance this year and in the future.

According to public data, Hangke Technology is in the lithium-ion battery post-processing system industry, which belongs to the high-end equipment manufacturing industry. Relying on professional technology, fine management and personal services, the company supplies various kinds of lithium-ion battery production line post-processing system equipment to well-known lithium-ion battery manufacturers at home and abroad, such as Samsung, LG, SK, Sony (now Murata, Japan), Ningde Times, BYD, Yiwei Lithium Energy, Guoxuan Tech and other domestic and foreign well-known lithium-ion battery manufacturers.

According to the semi-annual report recently disclosed by Hangke Technology, the company achieved operating income of 1.075 billion yuan in the first half of the year, an increase of 76.9% over the same period last year.

In fact, with the continuous expansion of the power battery market, lithium power manufacturers accelerate the pace of production expansion, the global lithium power equipment market scale will continue to expand, Hangke Technology has been engaged in the development of lithium battery post-processing system, will be expected to meet the opportunity of global expansion of lithium power production.

Zheshang Securities also said that since the beginning of 2021, Hangke Technology has full orders on hand. The company's contract debt in the second quarter was 660 million yuan, an increase of 18% over the beginning of the year. Major overseas customers such as LG and SK are gradually launching equipment bidding. LG is expected to accelerate its production expansion after listing and financing. As an important global equipment supplier, the company is expected to fully benefit, and new orders are expected to exceed 5 billion yuan for the whole year.
