Only one day after the Chengdu base project of 50GWh power and energy storage battery was officially settled in Chengdu Economic Development District, another battery industry base of AVIC Lithium Power was officially signed!

On May 31, AVIC Lithium Power and Wuhan Economic Development District signed the "AVIC Lithium Power Battery and Energy Storage Battery Wuhan Base Project Investment Agreement", AVIC Lithium officially settled in Central China.

AVIC Lithium Power Wuhan base project plans to build a new production capacity of 20GWh. it is reported that the total investment of the project is 10 billion yuan, and the first phase investment is about 5 billion yuan.

AVIC Lithium Power said that in 2021, the company's actual production capacity of mass production, construction and construction exceeded 100GWH, the planned production capacity reached 200GWH in 2022, and the planned production capacity exceeded 300GWh during the 14th five-year Plan period. At the same time, we carry out overseas layout and strive to become an international leading company.

On May 29th, AVIC Lithium successfully signed a contract with Chengdu Economic Development Zone, and the Chengdu base project of AVIC Lithium 50GWh Power Battery and Energy Storage Battery was officially settled in Chengdu Economic Development Zone. The project, with a total investment of 28 billion yuan, will be built in two phases. The products are mainly matched with domestic and foreign new energy vehicles and energy storage markets and other application fields.

On May 9, AVIC Lithium Power and Xiamen Torch High-tech Industrial Development Zone reached a consensus on the expansion of 30GWh power battery production in AVIC Lithium Power Xiamen Base.

On April 6, AVIC Lithium A8 project syndicate successfully signed. China Merchants Bank, Minsheng Bank, Construction Bank and Agricultural Bank of China have formed a syndicate to lend 1.35 billion yuan to AVIC Lithium Power, which will be mainly used for the A8 project, that is, AVIC Lithium Power Phase II, which will be built in Jintan. With a total investment of 2.7 billion yuan, the project plans to build an industrial base for 6GWh lithium-ion power batteries and power systems. The A8 project was launched in September 2020, and the roof of the main plant was completed ahead of schedule on March 30 this year.

On February 26th, AVIC Lithium 23GWh Phase III project began.

On January 18, the 10 billion-level AVIC Lithium Jiangsu Phase IV Project (25GWh) was signed in Jintan.

It is worth noting that the enterprise check data show that at present, AVIC Lithium Power is actually controlled by the people's Government of Jintan District, Changzhou City, with a shareholding ratio of 34.2441%.

On December 15 last year, AVIC Lithium changed its investors, from 6 investors such as Chengfei Integration before the change to 35 investors. New Hubei Xiaomi Changjiang Industrial Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), Xiamen Gold and Lithium Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), Shenzhen Getiansda Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) and so on. In addition, the investor change of AVIC Lithium Power Co., Ltd. was carried out at the same time as obtaining Pre-A round financing, and its registered capital has changed from 6.996552365 billion yuan to 12.7687731 billion yuan, an increase of 82.5%.
