National Energy Administration issues "Safety conditions and Evaluation specifications for Grid connection of Photovoltaic Power stations (revised draft for soliciting opinions)"

On September 15, the General Department of the State Energy Administration issued a letter on soliciting opinions on the safety conditions and evaluation specifications for grid connection of wind farms, small hydropower sets and photovoltaic power stations (revised draft for soliciting opinions). SMM: on September 15, the General Department of the National Energy Administration issued a letter on soliciting opinions on the safety conditions and evaluation specifications for grid connection of wind farms, small hydropower sets and photovoltaic power stations (revised draft for soliciting opinions).

Details are as follows:

Energy bureaus of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang production and Construction Corps, relevant provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) Development and Reform Commission, Economic and Information Commission (Industry and Information Commission), Beijing Municipal Urban Management Commission, all dispatched offices, dam centers, electric power reliability and quality supervision centers, and enterprise member units of the National Electric Power Safety Commission:

According to the work arrangement, our bureau organized the revision of "Safety conditions and Evaluation Standards for Grid connection of Wind Farms" (Office Safety (2011) No. 79), "Safety conditions and Evaluation Standards for small Hydropower Units (trial)" (Office Safety (2013) No. 8), "Photovoltaic Power Station Safety conditions and Evaluation Standards (trial)" (Office Safety (2013) No. 49), formed a revised draft for soliciting opinions. Please submit your written comments (including electronic version) to the corresponding code revision group before September 22, 2020.
