SMM: on September 8, 2020, Trina Solar Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Trina Solar" or "the Company") announced the acquisition of Nclave Renewable S.L. (hereinafter referred to as "Nclave") the remaining 49% equity, after which Nclave will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Trina Solar.
Trina Solar acquired a 51 per cent stake in Nclave in May 2018, the first case of a Chinese photovoltaic company acquiring an overseas tracking support company. The acquisition of the remaining stake is an important strategic deployment of Trina Solar, which will further enhance the company's comprehensive market competitiveness.

Nclave intelligent tracking bracket is one of the core hardware products of Tianhe intelligent superior (TrinaPro) intelligent photovoltaic one-stop solution. In 2018, Trina Solar launched Trina Intelligent Optimum, which provides comprehensive solutions for owners and developers by providing project design and engineering services to meet the integrated delivery needs of owners.
