The bidder shall build the municipal road on the west side of the site (the construction standard is not less than 2500 yuan / square) and the green space / public toilet / fitness facility on the east side (the total investment is not less than 8.57 million yuan).
The No. 2 parcel is located in Group 1, Peach pod Community, Huangshui Town, Shuangliu District, with a net land area of about 107.26 mu and a total construction area of no more than 107255 hectares. The bidder shall build the municipal road on the west side of the site (the construction standard is not less than 2500 yuan / square) and the river embankment and bridge on the north side (the bridge construction standard is not less than 8000 yuan / square).
According to the relevant requirements, all kinds of poles and pipelines in the red line of the two cases of land use, which involve relocation, shall be funded by the land use unit; those that do not involve relocation shall be properly protected. In addition, without approval, the land use unit can not change the current situation of the existing ditches in the land. If relocation (protection) is needed, it shall be carried out after the review of the relocation (maintenance) plan and bear the cost at its own expense.
