SHANGHAI, Jun 8 (SMM) – China’s exports of unwrought aluminium and aluminium products extended their year-on-year declines in May, falling 28.56% from a year ago to 382,900 mt, according to data from the General Administration of Customs released Sunday.
The year-on-year decline expanded from a drop of 11.4% in April.
Accumulative exports in the first five months of 2020 came in at about 2.01 million mt, marking a decline of 18.6% from the same period last year.
