Sany Group to mine Guinean bauxite

The first China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo, jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and the people's Government of Hunan Province, was successfully held in Changsha from 27 to 29 June.

On June 28, Xiang Wenbo, president of Sany heavy Industry, signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Central African Development Fund on behalf of Sany heavy Industry. Subsequently, Sany heavy Industry, China Nonferrous Metals Construction Co., Ltd., Yiluo Group signed a cooperation agreement on the integration of bauxite development and logistics projects in Guinea.

In addition, Sany Group and Kenyan agent Rambus Construction Co., Ltd. (Rhombus) signed a total investment of about US $1 billion cooperation agreement.

On June 28, Xiang Wenbo, president of Sany heavy Industry, on behalf of Sany heavy Industry, signed a cooperation agreement with China Nonferrous Metals Construction Co., Ltd. And Yilov Group on the integration of bauxite development and logistics in Guinea.

According to the head of the company, the project will be one of the largest bauxite mining projects in Guinea, with an annual output of 2000-30 million tons, 60 per cent of which will be shipped to China. Trinity equipment and services will play a huge role in it.
