SHANGHAI, Sept. 8 (SMM) - LME tin inventories dropped to the lowest in record during Jan-Aug, SMM tin analyst said at the 7th SMM Tin Industry Chain Summit.

Tin price posted the smallest gains of LME base metals in this period and experienced corrections after rising during 2016-2017.
