【Yari Resources ระบุศักยภาพถ่านหินโค้กกึ่งอ่อน PCI และถ่านหินความร้อนที่โครงการ Arcadia】

Yari Resources ได้ประกาศว่าการตรวจสอบคุณภาพถ่านหินของโครงการถ่านหิน Arcadia ที่เพิ่งเข้าซื้อในรัฐควีนส์แลนด์ ประเทศออสเตรเลีย พบศักยภาพในการผลิตถ่านหินโค้กกึ่งอ่อน วัสดุถ่านหินฉีดฝุ่น และถ่านหินความร้อนพลังงานสูง โครงการนี้มีทรัพยากรรายงานอยู่ที่ 282 ล้านตัน แนวทางผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เป็นไปได้สามทางนี้รองรับตลาดการผลิตเหล็กและพลังงาน และในทางทฤษฎีอาจช่วยให้บริษัทมีความยืดหยุ่นมากขึ้นในการปรับส่วนผสมผลิตภัณฑ์ตามอัตรากำไรที่แตกต่างกัน

ภายใต้เงื่อนไขการเข้าซื้อ Yari Resources ต้องชำระเงินตามเป้าหมาย 1.25 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ พร้อมเงินอีก 20 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐที่เชื่อมโยงกับการเริ่มการผลิตเชิงพาณิชย์และวันครบรอบการผลิตสามปีแรก นอกจากนี้ยังมีค่าภาคหลวงจากรายได้อีกด้วย โครงสร้างการชำระเงินที่เชื่อมโยงกับการผลิตสะท้อนถึงสถานะก่อนการผลิตในปัจจุบันของโครงการ
