[SMM Computing Power Midday Review] H100 western range overall moved up, existing capacity upgrades and green electricity rules reshape the supply side
Today, only the H100 West index was adjusted: the minimum monthly rental rose by 2.70% to 76,000 yuan, and the maximum monthly rental rose by 5.66% to 84,000 yuan, with the overall range shifting upward. There are three supply-side signals: relocatable H800s are quoted at 70,000 yuan, nearly 8% below the central China long-term contract price, with weaker liquidity than H100/H200; the divergence between eastern and western stock retrofits and the risk of downtime constrain supply release; green electricity direct-connection traceability is limited, and the Northwest offers the largest cost concessions, with the delivered electricity price in Helinger at approximately 0.33-0.36 yuan per kWh. The H20 eight-card module spot price is 1.4 million yuan per set, and its comparative advantage is being repriced.
