SK On unveils next-generation ESS, GRIDON Gen2, in the U.S.

SK On participated as a sponsor in CLEANPOWER 2026, hosted by the American Clean Power Association (ACP) in Houston from June 1 to 4, and held a customer invitation event near the exhibition venue.

At the event, SK On unveiled its ESS brand “GRIDON” and its next-generation product, “GRIDON Gen2,” for the first time.

Enchem’s U.S. subsidiary to go public through reverse merger with Nasdaq-listed company
Enchem America, the U.S. subsidiary of secondary battery electrolyte company Enchem, has agreed to merge with The GrowHub, a Singapore-based blockchain technology company listed on Nasdaq. The GrowHub said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on June 1 local time that it had signed a binding agreement related to a business combination with Enchem America. The transaction is structured as a reverse merger. When a foreign company acquires a company listed on the U.S. stock market, the acquired U.S.-listed entity remains as the surviving company after the merger.
