Longyuan Shares to Invest 329M in New Energy and Lightweight Auto Parts Project

Longyuan Shares stated that its new energy business focuses on the field of NEV electronic control system and electric drive system parts, with core products including electronic control system OBC housings, onboard power supply integrated product housings, and end covers. To further deepen and strengthen its presence in the new energy market, Longyuan Shares plans to raise funds and channel them primarily into the new energy three electric systems (power battery, drive motor and electronic control system) and lightweight automobile parts production project (Phase II). The project is expected to require an investment of 329 million yuan, and upon completion, it will add an annual capacity of 14.2 million aluminum alloy die-cast parts.
