[Two Giants Secure Nearly 100 Orders, Semi-Solid Magnesium Alloy Forming Equipment Sees Application Boom] Recently, the field of semi-solid magnesium alloy forming equipment has witnessed significant orders consecutively. Top-tier enterprises Haitian Zhisheng and Bole Intelligent have reached substantial collaborations with industry chain partners respectively, securing nearly 100 equipment orders in total. This demonstrates the industry's high recognition of this technological route and also indicates that the lightweight application of magnesium alloy has entered a new phase of large-scale implementation.

Recently, the semi-solid magnesium alloy forming equipment sector has welcomed a series of significant orders. Top-tier enterprises Haitian Zhisheng and Boluo Intelligence have each reached substantial cooperation agreements with industry chain partners, collectively securing nearly 100 units of equipment orders. This highlights the high recognition of this technology route within the industry and signals that the lightweight application of magnesium alloys is entering a new phase of large-scale implementation.

On January 16, Haitian Zhisheng Metal, a national-level specialized, refined, unique, and innovative "little giant" enterprise, led the way in establishing multiple strategic collaborations. It signed an agreement with Ningbo Kaiqi Magnesium Technology, under which both parties will deepen collaboration in capacity, technology, and industry. Concurrently, it also established partnerships with Chongqing Magnesium Industry and Hubei Magnesium Era, covering key segments of the industry chain. The signing ceremony was witnessed by senior officials from the Yinzhou Economic Development Zone Management Committee and all participating enterprises, laying a solid foundation for the cooperation.

According to the agreement, Kaiqi Magnesium Technology will purchase approximately 50 units of semi-solid magnesium alloy injection molding machines in batches, while Chongqing Magnesium Industry finalized plans to procure 10 similar units, bringing the total number of orders to 60. Following the signing, six high-performance units were first dispatched to Kaiqi Magnesium Technology, marking the official start of the implementation phase. Supported by 265 patents, Haitian Zhisheng's equipment, known for its low porosity and high stability, can effectively meet the production needs across various fields. The collaboration also aims to tackle large-scale integrated die-casting technology and explore the application scenarios of magnesium alloys in emerging areas such as robotics and low-altitude aircraft.

Subsequently, Boluo Intelligence also reported good news, having formally signed a contract with Anhui Liheng Power Machinery Co., Ltd. to supply 37 large semi-solid magnesium alloy injection molding machines, including critical tonnages of 850T, 1650T, 3000T, and 3600T. As a leading enterprise in the high-end forming equipment field, Boluo Intelligence, with its high-performance servo drive and precision closed-loop control system, can achieve precise regulation during the injection process, producing components with high density and excellent mechanical properties. These features precisely match the stringent requirements for complex structural parts in advanced sectors like the automotive industry. This cooperation serves as a benchmark case for empowering the lightweight upgrade of the manufacturing sector.

As the demand for lightweight solutions in NEVs, robotics, and other fields continues to rise, semi-solid magnesium alloy forming technology, due to its advantages in environmental protection, energy saving, and high product precision, is gradually replacing traditional die-casting processes and becoming the mainstream solution in the industry. The concentrated fulfillment of nearly 100 units of equipment orders not only validates the technical strength and market recognition of top-tier equipment enterprises but also accelerates the clusterization and scaling up of the magnesium alloy industry, injecting strong momentum into China's transition towards high-end manufacturing. According to estimates, the medium and long-term domestic market size for semi-solid magnesium alloy equipment is expected to exceed 4 billion yuan. Coupled with the surge in demand from emerging sectors, the industry has vast growth potential.
