Haiwei Group's Romania Factory Project Completes Filing

[SMM Express] It is reported that recently, the Romania factory project of Ningbo Haiwei Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. has officially obtained the "Outbound Investment Project Filing Notice" issued by the Tianjin Municipal Development and Reform Commission of China and the "Enterprise Outbound Investment Certificate" issued by the Ministry of Commerce, successfully completing the entire outbound direct investment (ODI) filing process. This marks a significant acceleration for Haiwei Group's expansion in the European market.

The investment was made through Tianjin Haiwei Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Haiwei Group, leveraging a Singapore-based investment platform. Haiwei (Romania) Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. has been successfully established in Romania, and the construction of the automotive precision parts production site project has been simultaneously initiated. As a key part of Haiwei Group's global strategy, the advancement of this Romania factory project signifies Haiwei Group's entry into a new development phase in the European market.
